The goal is to get Cephalid Constable out with a Diviner's Wand on the board. Once I get the wand attached I try to equip Protective Bubble to the Constable and then swing in bouncing all of your opponents permanents.

I brought along a lot of the cheep merfolk to speed up the wizards angel with Stonybrook Banneret, Inspired Sprite for card advantage.
