One Rare and a Prayer is meant to build around one rare card. I would choose the rare by opening a booster pack and using that rare. This deck is build around Coat of Arms. I only use cards that I currently own (or arn't being used in other decks) for these builds. It is a fun challenge to create decks around a card with a limited card pool.

I basically built around the goblin rogue them focusing on prowl as a way to get my creatures on the board for cheap and allow their synergies to work together. I never built a deck with this focus before so I'm feel as thought it isn't completely original but is still fun none the less.

The tribal theme is really strong and these creatures are fast. They get big fast and they can out race a lot of other causal decks out there. I would venture to say that this deck is borderline FNM competitive.
