Why not use ANYTHING else that constantly produces tokens? Spirit Mirror, off the top of my head. Even then, it's still not a combo. Not even synergy.

well if you pull all of the fade counters off for 7 1/1 tokens (+1+1 from eldrazi) the wouldn't be destrowed as usual since they are indistructable... and not 0/0's.
