There are several things wrong with this post.

1. The triggered ability only works if the spell was cast prior to the end step, otherwise, the timing has been missed.

2. This spell ends the turn anyways, meaning it will also clear the stack of all other things (most importantly, your copy of the spell).

3. The above means the opponent gets a turn after you take your next turn.

4. Because they get another turn, you may as well have just cast this at their upkeep (likely as intended by the card in the first place) and skipped their previous turn and if on the off chance they manage to stop you from winning they only get until their next end step to come back.

Ruling: 4/18/2017: Any “at the beginning of the next end step” triggered abilities won’t get the chance to trigger that turn because the end step is skipped. Those abilities will trigger at the beginning of the end step of the next turn.

They'd still get another turn as their end step was skipped. It is not an instant effect.

It´s my understanding as well, that this works.
I would play it on my turn though.
That way your opponents copy of Glorious End Buy will be the last item on the stack. It triggers, wipes everything from the stack (including your Glorious End Buy and its second ability) and ends your turn. Now its your opponents turn... and his last. At end of turn he loses.

Correct me if i´m wrong:
In a multiplayer game you would only kill the opponent to your right.
When all the Glorious End Buy´s are on the stack, your´s would be the first then clockwise those of your opponents and the copy of the player to your right last. His Glorious End Buy overwrites all others and he has only one turn left.
Best time to play this would be during the upkeep of the player two seats to your right.
