i have a deck similer to this.. using ManaWeb is insane lock down because if they cast during their main phase they cant pay for propoganda.. also use psychic venom to deal damage.. a reminisce just incase you are decking faster then they are.. or a feldons cane.. with Mana Web, Slow motion, or if your lucky enough a Tabernacle at pendrall vale (i havnt been able to find one) will destroy all their creatures.. or will not allow them a main phase/attack phase.. obviously this works better against mono decks please Rate my Creature type control deck and add any suggestions you can think of

That's CRAZY, I was just going to look up mana web. I thought it would do that. I think I will add it. But what for? Evacuations? Or Upheaval? What? I honestly don't know what to take out.

i don't know if it's legal in classic or not, but you should ad in black vises, i think they would be great in this deck.

You should play with Mana web... Propaganda + Mist + Web was my old combo for lockdown. If the guy controls creatures... hes ganna have to pay for it or it dies... and if he does web taps hes mana and he wont be able to cast other spells and propaganda is for if he does pay the mana for mist... he wont be able to attack. Im not saying this to be mean but it would be stupid of you to not play with web. It a really good control lockdown card. If you have the time to check my Tolarian Control deck... plz tell me if you know any cool artifacts. Note: i thought of putting web in the deck but i dont know what to take off...

Well I would really I would love to add mana web, but with an average of playing 5-8 people every week, mana web targets, I would use it for 1 0n 1 though! I think over burden whould be the only thing I can take out for it, but since it is meant for multiple people i don't know..

i'd take out 1 pendrel mists for the mana web, the mists will make you out to be a global enemy very quickly vs. slight/weenie decks. Maybe put in a feldon's cane against a possible set back (i.e. traumatize/mirror match). I've Played a deck like this with b/u using megrims with cards like windfall. (you become hated very very quickly.)

This true. But I know my metagame. It's creature heavy, And the worse deck I may face is an oath/cognivore deck, which people hate his infinite turns more than this deck :-) But thanks for the comments. One more thing MANA WEB does target. I cannot used it for a global effect.

Have you considered using Dreamborn Muse Buy + Upheaval[/card or washout/card]. This combo could very easily deck out most of a persons deck. Just make sure you have something like [card]feldon's cane in your hand. Mana Web Buy is really good with propaganda. For multi player this should work. Since you have the chance to survive because there are a lot of players to kill off. If there was fewer players it would be difficult but this works for your mass game structure I think.

Ok Ok, i think mana web might work, if I kill off one person I can return it with umbilicus. We'll see after it gets more play testing. I did not get to play a multiplayer today

Thx for rating my deck. I'm not really familiar with the older cards. This Mana Web you guys are talking about could really slow down other people. Maybe you should splash for white against burn. Cuz theres always gonna be someone who plays it. Like how it plays very controlish.

Well trying not to splash colors. I think a sideboard might look like this if I play the burn decks... Sideboard for multiplayer 4x Urza's Armor 4x Tinker 2x Energy Field 3x Douse 2x Hibernation (Hate them Green Creatures) Possible Sideboard for 1 on 1. 4x Mana Web 4x Soul Barrier 1x Stroke of Genius 1x Brain Geyser 3x Douse
