Hey Antman, This is looking pretty good. I would suggest adding Wrath of God Buy, Raise the Alarm Buy, Flooded Strand Buy, and Wing Shards Buy. Some cards that are on the weaker side are Intrepid Hero Buy, Secluded Steppe Buy, Lonely Sandbar Buy, Remove Soul, and [card]Rewind Hope this helps, ask me for further help if you need it, Peace out -Jedi

Not too bad, I must say. However, you should remove one of the Silver Knight Buy and add two White Knight Buy. Along with that: keep the Rewind Buy, add two Talisman of Progress Buy after taking out the Lonely Sandbar Buy. To make up for one of the added knights, remove a Spy Network Buy. For your sideboard: - drop the Naturalize Buy and Terror Buy. - Perhaps you should add one or two Damping Matrix Buy... - two Regress Buy couldn't hurt. I'd reccomend Boomerang Buy, but you aren't running just mono-blue. - lastly, add two Wipe Clean Buy. A tip: At least among my circle of friends/magic-players, not many play major creature-heavy decks, so I tend to watch out for anything but them. I mean, if you're set for creatures and they only have a handful of them, you'll get killed in no time.

I like this deck, i play a type 1 deck similar to what it does. Try putting in 4 Isochron Scepter Buys, and wing shards to keep attacks down, and add a Serra Angel Buy, those are good to throw out, since Akroma, Angel of Wrath Buy costs 8 mana. Maybe, put in a Decree of Justice Buy to overwhelm your opponents later in the game. PLEASE RATE MY NEED HELP DECK!

I agree with the above comments, and would like to empasize the need of wrath of God. Also, traditional counterspells would be good. I think this is a deck which could make excellent use of the Rule of Law + Isochron scepter + counterspell combo. Willbenders are also good, i suggest adding in a few to replace your silver and/or white knights, cards which are too specific in their abilities.

Drop the creatures except Eternal Dragons and add a few utility spells to imprint on the scepter. Having a boomerang-on-a-stick is a lot of fun. You could also add naturalizes to imprint for the artifact control. Take out vengeance for this deck since the scepters are quite important to its functionality. Consider replace a few lands with City Of Brass so you can play some of those other color spells if you don't want to imprint them or for whatever reason you can't. I recommend putting in 4 naturalize, 2 brain freeze (can mill in a hurry on scepter) and 3-4 boomerang (lot of fun). Remember, playing a copy from the isochron does count as playing a spell, since you do actually "play" the copy. This can feed the storm of brain freeze and you should be able to take 6-9 cards off your opponent's library every turn.

Add 2 wraths instead of the talismans. Or if you find you are lacking in mana then switch over to 4 flooded strands. Thanks for the rate

I like this deck quite a bit, but i do have some suggestions. First off, i would ditch the rewinds, they are expensive and too risky, they get countered, you get tapped out. Instead of those, throw in something else cheaper like 1 more mana leak and a couple flash counters or if you want to get real mean and if you have them throw in a couple chalice of the voids. Also some cards i would suggest that would help in this deck are Icy Manipulators to keep opponent tapped down after you throw down rule of law, and also gilded light works nicely with isochron especially against decks with heavy burn spells, and cycle-burn decks.Well, that is all i would like to add because otherwise you have a really nice deck! I bet it works great! Good luck
