this is a great deck, for sure, but there are a few weaknesses, what will you do against a deck that does not use artifacts, I know it rarely happens in block, but it does!
and what about nasty enchantments?

Couple of card suggestions

Synod Artificer Buy - Untap the Eyes
Fabricate Buy - Search for Memenarchy (however its spelled) or other artifacts.

I would suggest removing 4 of the Talismans, your mana base seems excessive, especially if you don't draw the right card. Besides, with the Artificer and Eyes, your colorless mana base shouldn't be a problem.

Other then that, seems like a bother to go against. Now where is my Furnace Dragon....

great idea! how about putting in a couple of myr landshapers to steal opponents land so he cant play any thing. then use his land with your to steal there creatures. too much mana. i hope this helps.

Nice deck idea, use Thirst for Knowledge. Thirst would SO help the deck out, also fabricate is greatly needed to get whatever you want.

This version steals one or two permanents by turn five. And the next turn you should be stealing three two four.

i personally like clockwork dragon as a wincondition but in mirrodin block he mught work better depending on how much artifacts are used( i noe its and artifact block but her green has some awsome removel).and wut happened to extraplanar lens??? its awsome! you only need 4 lands to completely take something. id like to run more talismens, 2 menmarch at most and some simularums would be great. i also think ur numbers are wrong with how much u wanna put of what. but otherwise it has potential

definately need transmuter

weakness is really fast deck, or creatureless control such as U/B control.

might want to replace gilded lotus with 4 extraplanar lens, and change all lands to islands. then u can stick in clockwork dragon, and maybe some COP to prevent mana burn.

please rate my draw=die deck

Drop the talismans and add Iron Myr Buy for mana and chump blockers and with so many artifacts don't forget the Glimmervoid Buy remove some other land. The lotus is not needed and I feel to expensive for the benifit possibly use some Darksteel Ingot Buyif you need that much land. with some of the land removed replace it with the Thirst for Knowledge Buy or better yet Pulse of the Grid Buy good deck though.

Board one Platinum Angel Buy to help against Reactor decks or whatnot. you have the fabircates and the mana base to use it.
I agree with thirst for knowledge though. ver useful drawing

This deck looks very cool. However, Pyroclasm is not in Mirrodin Block so you'll have to find a replacement. I think you should run Reshape so you have extra ways to go get Memnarch. That's up to you however. The deck looks very fun to play and I wish you good luck with it.

p.s. You don't have to rate any of my decks. I didn't rate yours just so you would rate mine I did it because I see potential in your deck and it looks cool.

Finally someone used the memnarch. This deck looks like its pretty fun to play, but i think it has big trouble with red/furnace dragon decks (but u did the playtesting, not me Happy ). Beware of oblivion stones!

nice deck, but what is the point of the void? you could make this cheaper by just making them islands since its mono colored or if you go type two rather than block you could replace them with either Polluted delta[card/] or flooded strand[card/] to get your lands out easier.

This is the first good Mono-Blue memnarch deck I've seen yet. I still prefer my UR one though. I feel that merging red in the main deck gives more control of the board and better defense against the main stream decks out there right now.

now that mirrodin block has rotated out u should add Metalworker Buy and Staff of Domination Buy to generate inifinite mana, card draw whatever. since u have so many artifacts in the deck it should work easily. once u make a million mana draw until u get your lone lattice(might want to add 1 more) and steal all of your opponents permanents. as for those who said u have to worry about enchantments and what not who cares u can just turn them into artifacts and steal them.
