Drop the mourning thrulls, i played with them for a week and they dont do much, the orzhov guildmage is much more usefull. That or souls of faultless. That, and Teysa is not as good as you might think. I played with for a bit and found that I used her ability only once or twice a game. Maybe run 1 or 2 copies of her, but I wouldnt recommend 3. Otherwise, looks like a good deck.
Please rate my Orzhov Syndicate deck, it has a slightly different approach then your deck.

I'm gonna have to agree with the previous reviewer on most counts. In a bleeder deck you gaining the life is less important then them losing the life. Last Gasp Buy and Cruel Edict Buy seem very important, but you may also want to run Wrath of God Buy or Culling Sun Buy. Bile Urchin Buy could be a decent one drop that also uses the bleeder technique. Orzhov Guildmage Buy and at least one or two Orzhova, the Church of Deals Buy seems good as well.

I dont think you need 3 Deptors Knell. Its 7 mana. 2s enough. It seems like you cant do much until turn 3, when you have 3 lands. You have only orzhov guildamge and castigate thats low mana. Fit more turn 1 and 2 spells to help you early game

I think some theif of hope (you have 7 other spirits) and consume spirit could really be used here... It seems a bit slow... What could you do for a faster deck? or at least one that could drain life with a cheaper mana curve??? (another good theif of hope use...)

Seems Ok. One suggestion is drop Castigate. Replace it with Distress or some other kind of selective discard that can target creature card. Do this so you can take their good creatures with Debtors' Knell. With Castigate, it removes it from the game.

I'd drop the agents and teysas for Mourning Thrull Buy and for Devouring Light Buy. To lower the mana curve

You've got too many spells that require very sppecific mana. Even with dual and pain lands it's going to get you at somepoint. Maybe a couple signets would help.

This is a pretty looking deck. Personally...not my favorite Orzhov build...but still...its good. One thing I can say...where are the Orzhov Pontiff Buys. They are cheap, and they can really put you in the lead...who knows...that -1/-1 or the +1/+1 could save alot of your creatures and get rid of alot of theirs. Also one thing I would suggest is Mourning Thrull Buy, but then again, I have no idea how a card would run in a deck like this...but I have seen it in action in a Orzhov Weenie deck and it is devistating. One other thing I would suggest is running some Sensei's Divining Top Buys in this deck for the draw control aspect, and also...do you really need 3 Debtors Knell. Personally I would run 2 at most...and then take out the Agent of Masks Buy and put in some Blind Hunter Buys. They work alot better though the Agent of Masks Buy does more damage over a longer period of time. And for a final thought...please at least run 1 Crainal Extraction...and if not in your deck, then at least run some in your side board. Thats all my comments...but still...good deck!

Agent of masks is a bad deal of a creature you should try the pontiff instead. Souls of the faultless is nice against certain deck but you might need something with a little more utility

there are still some good spirits in type two. You might want to try adding Ghost Council of Orzhova Buy and Thief of Hope Buy and getting rid of some of your non spirit creatures like the pricey Agent of Masks Buy.

I also like to run Bile Urchin Buy with Blind Hunter Buy in a bleeder.

Just a couple things:

You are playing the slow game. The very, very, very slow game. About 6 7-drops, a few Agent of Masks (glacial)... but you also run Mourning Thrull. Pick a focus: Orzhov Skies and Orzhov Late-Game are both legitimate directions.

For Orzhov Skies:
1. Use Shrieking Grotesque and Blind Hunter to back your Thrulls.
2. Orzhov Pontiff would also be a good idea.
3. If you do run Blind Hunter, Dimir House Guard makes a great sac outlet, as would Plagued Rusalka or Nantuko Husk.
4. You would probably end up dropping at least 3 of your 7-mana cards for this, as well as Agent of Masks. Castigate would be a bit slow here, but that's a judgment call for you to make.

For Late-Game Syndicate:
1. Augur of Skulls (for use with the Knell) works well: it shreds their hand or acts as a regenerating blocker. Works well with Knell.
2. You definitely want to replace some of your fast, somewhat effective removal (Last Gasp, specifically) for Faith's Fetters and 3 more Mortify. Slower, but much more powerful.
3. A couple of Mourning Thrulls might still be okay here for early life swings, and for sacrificing to Teysa, should you choose to keep her in.
