No doubling season!! Have you ever seen a deck that has done well in a championship that plays doubling season! I realize it sounds good but it is too expensive and can be easly dealt with. I am sorry i sound like a jerk but i see to many graft decks with doubling seaon. I would suggest taking out the manipulaot because it is no more than a huge target. I would add plaxcaster frogling, vinelasher kudzu, psionic blast (if possible), birds of paradise or llanowar elves, maybe take out the oracle, take out the signet and telepathy, and try to squeeze in moldervine cloak and giant solifuge. It is so cool switching a moldervine cloak onto giant solifuge (which is possible because the simic quildmage does not target the solifuge. Also the solifuge works well with the cytoshape because if you have a 4/4 rootkin out and a giant solifuge just make the rootkin a copy of solifuge and it becomes a 8/5 with trample becasue it keeps all its counters on. Also lose the skyswallower, it is more for control decks and this deck is more like aggro control.

Well I know how powerful simic decks are..my friend runs one kinda like this with more of an emphasis on cytoplast man. and kraj for stealing creatures. I like the deck style, and keep the doubling season as my friend uses it and if I'm not using MD enchantment removal he swings with huge creatures untargetable by s&a's due to his plaxcasters, and trust me it's hard to beat a deck like that. Myself, i would prefer to use SSSx3 with alot of counterspells...but that's just me. thanx for the rate btw.

very well put together deck but there are some cards that might help this deck out... like sheltering ancient is great in all decks that use cytoplast manipulator... also maybe try changing the shielding plax with plaxcaster frogling it basically does the same thing its just a creature... and by the time you pull a coldsteel heart and it starts tapping for mana its not worth it... just a couple options to think about

I enjoy this deck a lot my only concern is your lack of draw power. I like oracle for dram and viper has to hit to be a draw engine you might want think twice or maybe compulsive research. Also 8 points of counter is good but I would suggest either 4 remand or 4 delay they are both amazing! The Llanawar Reborn land is a good touch in this deck also. Tarmagoyf with looter il kor = amazing in here too. ther are som many ways to do this deck and make it good you just have to try out what works for you. Thanks for the rate on my deck!

Cytoshape seems out of palce I read prior comments and it sounds like this was once a graft deck and cytoshape just didn't get cut yet. Remand Buy is the most played non land card in standard for a reason I think you should put it in. Draining Whelk Buy is a great finisher for a aggro control deck I would add in two in place of two SSS I would leave one in as a pact target.

very interesting deck. i agree with some of the other comments in that delay and/or remand would help. as for drawing, forsee would help, but it's a little expensive, so i'd probably go with the compulsive research as well. it looks pretty fast with the right cards in hand. it might struggle against decks with a lot of bouncing. it looks pretty sweet to me though... thanks for the rate

i like it!! Keep in the crytoshapes, they are really good. i don't have much to suggest, but maybe some Leyline of Lifeforce Buy in the SB for counter decks. I'm suprized dralnu doesn't own this. Oh well, i hope you win a lot more games!!

In your, "How it Works," description you mention bringing your opponent to four life while you have two and then Psionic Blast Buying for the win... (See the edit :P ) Anyways, ditch the Pendelhaven Buy as you have only one creature who can benefit from its effect. Perhaps replacing it with another Yavimaya Coast Buy. Other notable cards worth looking into for card draw would be Remand Buy and Harmonize Buy. And Piracy Charm Buy and Trickbind Buy might also be worth considering. I do like the deck, despite its apparent lack of black :P EDIT - as for Psionic Blast[/b] - hehehe now the story makes sense.

Nice deck, though I would try to get more dual lands in there if you have them, but with the land search you have I think you got that down quite well

I was reading your comments on Cytoshape and I really see where it is beneficial. That is a really interesting card. If you are going for control, I really would mainboard a mystic snake or two. I think I would put those there instead of into the north, but that is just my suggestions. I love the deck. You are right I have not seen anything like it.
