Pretty good looking looking lock down deck. You could splash black for Mystical Teachings Buy, adding some redundancy for searching out the critical pieces of your lock down. Since you seem like your gonna play draw go, Teachings can't really hurt your game plan.

So, It seems that you want to use a single clique to lock out the opponent, which does not work. The ability to return a creature triggers when you play the spell, and before the clique comes into play. this would work with 2 cliques, though, as you could trade them off. You can ignore everything above if you already knew this.

I myself would splash white for Momentary Blink Buy so you can re-use a single clique.
Vendilion would also be good maindeck, but I am unsure about declaration. most of the time, if you can read the meta and the deck your opponent's playing you should have no trouble naming a money card. However, they could also be playing some rogue something, in which case SB is the best option. Whatever, that's your choice.

The only thing I see wrong is that a speed deck or just a Crib Swap Buy might put some hurt on you, but this is one of the best 50$ decks I've seen.

First off, thank you for your rate of my 'Sliver Bullet' deck. Now, for your deck I really enjoy the concept here. Returning and removing faeries, in exchange for manipulating your opponents permanents, I'd imagine, would be very unfair to them. Hey, if I were you would I would hurry up and make Oona proud by re-titling this deck 'Faerie Unfair'. You know just in case she's been thinking about stealing your dreams too as of late... Oh one more thing, unless you intend on splashing black either main deck or sideboard (or any color for that matter) I suggest you replace the vivid lands with Faerie Conclave Buy's as they would be faerie, err, very helpful to this particular build. Great deck dude!

I dont like Vivid Creek Buy, but I dont want to run $5 painlands just to activate the flashback cost of my Mystical Teachings Buy...

If you can get Secluded Glen Buy for cheap or from a pack, why not add those? You have enough faeries that it should come into play untapped and even if it doesn't, it'd still be better than Vivid Creek which will never come into play untapped or taking 1 damage from the painlands every time you need colored mana.

You may not even need it, but if you want a pretty decent and cheap ($) card that would give you card advantage you should grab a few copies of Distant Melody Buy.

I think a nice addition to this deck would be Dewdrop Spy Buy. It has flash and you can see the top card of an opponent's deck which could be very useful knowledge with a counterspell in hand.

I really wouldn't even mess with the Harbingers unless you absolutely need two of a creature out. If you have enough multiples of your win conditions, you should be fine.

Distant Melody Buy is very good.

Overall, it looks very fun to use.

If you feel like rating(not necessary), could you rate my Storm deck or my Galactus deck? Thanks.

First off...great deck! However, instead of mindstone, I'd come closer to recommending Mishra's Bauble because it allows for the card-draw for zero, and you get to look at their library for free! I'd take out another island for a conclave as well, as it increases chances of getting it in play. I like Boomerang, but I like Wipe Away better. One more mana; however, it has split second, mwheh. Otherwise, I like everything else just as it is!

He's using Mind Stone mostly for mana-accel (which sets him up to lock his opponent down on turn 4), not just for the eventual card advantage.

If you have never thought of using faeries like this why did you only give me 3 stars for originality...Oh and as for the harbingers, I can pop them back to my hand for lots and lots of tutors!! It gets really annoying to see a harbinger bounced back and replayed at the end of my opponents turn to grab more Mistbind Clique Buys and Vendilion Clique Buys

Biggest thing I see against this deck is that the mainstay of the deck is Championing with Mistbind Clique. Against Red, Black and sometimes white you have to worry about having at least two creatures out before playing the Mistbind. If you don't, your opponent can kill the lone creature you have as Champion triggers, and then you have to sacrifice the Clique.

Otherwise... it looks like a good, inexpensive deck.

I have considered this, and I dont really think it will be a problem unless I am playing a dedicated burn deck, in which case I would sideboard in a Scion of Oona Buy. Since the only REAL red deck that I am really scared of playing with this deck is Skred Red or Sligh, I dont really think this will be a problem, especially with all the counterspells I have in there. Plus, with the Clique I can just tap out all their lands.

Doesn't have to be dedicated burn to have a lot of removal.

ha ha nice deck!! i was wondering if there was a way to keep using Mistbind Clique Buy but now you found it..also too the Faerie Conclave Buy, my friend always uses those and they always do a lot of damage for the two that they do.. i would suggest taking out at least one more island and puttind in a Faerie Conclave Buy..and thanks for the rating!!great job on the deck i would recommend something else but it looks like you go this deck on lock down *wink wink* ha ha
