I would use more Graveborn Muse Buy if I were you. Around 3 muses seem right. The card draw is insane with muse and you can easily get rid of the muse with Bone Splinters if you're suffering too much life loss.

That's all. Please rate my DeMonPoX deck too. It is also a black-based deck. Thanks.

It looks good for the most part, but I would add Soulless One Buy.

Stillmoon Cavalier could definetly help you against the white weenies, but it's expensive...

Don't knock the power of a fleshback marauder in this kind of deck. He fits in a creature slot but doubles as a removal spell if he self sacrifices. Or you could go double against some white weenie builds if you choose to sac your zombie goblin for his -1/-1 shot. Plus he can be recurred, when bone splinters cannot.

I'd try and work in a little white into the deck. Splashing in white could give you access to tide hollow sculler, which can be used to fowl up your opponents strategy. It also gives you tons of sideboard options and a range of better creatures. Sideboard opens up batwing brume which can cause hell for white weenie when they try and mirrorweave for the win, especially if they go all in. Speaking of mirrors, Mirror Entity only needs one W and counts as a zombie for all purposes. Mirror Entity is usually first to get killed or picked out of hand for discard, but he can be recurred over and over and keep the pressure on. Splashing also makes Unmake a little more playable, but ultimately its a metagame choice. Sideboard Unmake if you see a lot of Demigods.

Only issue with splashing is it would alter your manabase, requiring more slots for land and less for cards. Do some playtesting with a full set of scullers and a mirror entity or two, see if it helps.

Also, ditch the beseech the queen. You have by third turn a 48.75% chance to draw one of your Lord of the Undeads. By turn 6, when you should be really needing it for your last hurrah, you have about 60% chance to have drawn it. There is no reason to waste a turn playing a card that gets you something to play NEXT TURN when you could be playing a card to sway the game THIS TURN. Beseech the Queen works only in strong control decks that can dig for their win condition and still hold the field. This won't. Keep playing threats and don't waste your turn.

And hey, if you have any questions or want any other help, shoot me a message. Also, if you have time, just gimme some feedback on my Goat Mulcher deck. I try and keep it on the top of the standard list so it should be easy to find.

Good luck out there with this one and remember to have fun Happy

Wow quite an interesting deck. Good use of the Batwings and Muses, but i would definitely sideboard in Unmake-you're playing B/W anyway so it wont matter about the mana, or crib swap if you want to return it to your hand via lord of the undead. Remove from the game is a must vs other unearth or zombie decks (and of course demigods).
Infest should be fine against WW, but batwing brume should also save you against their final attack, and it could also be yours!
Very, Very nice.

Pls rate my Noggle Deck

I agree...adding Stillmoon Cavalier would help this deck a lot. Also, zombie decks can't really work that well in standard, considering that most of the good zombies are past blocks. When you get around to it, please rate my green/blue/white deck or my skeleton deck.

Thanks for all the comments - I'm playtesting the changes right now, and so far, things look great.

Stillmoon Cavalier Buy, however, is well outside of my price range. This is getting pricey enough as it is.

Take out the Ghouls, they're unnecessary; maybe side them against Reveillark, but that's it. The Infests should do wonders against white weenie, maybe add gravepact. Also, try to find other lands to use instead of sanctum, I know the pains and duels are hard to get, but they're worth it in the long run.

Pls rate my Hell's Predator deck

The card draw with the Muse is insane, even if he's the only one out there. Despite the life loss, I can almost continuously draw threats and answers to threats dropped by opponents. When my life gets too low, she gets sac'd to the marauder, the husk, or to bone shards.

Mirror Entity is a zombie/changelings. I run some of the cheap unearth zombies from shards. even the one that cycles. I also run shriekmauw and loxodon warhammer counters the life loss.Extra bang for your buck, and a couple of the black skeleton man lands. Death baron pumps them and there like 50 cents.I also run Nyp qwillion, and edge of divinity to counter life loss and pump creatures with the edge.

Stillmoon Cavalier Buy is incredibly useful in zombie decks. I say go Oblivion Ring Buy instead of Crib Swap Buy.

thanks for the ratng about mine; i only have it set that way cause i have most of the cards already except for the mutavaults. now on the issue of Crib Swap Buy and Cruel Edict Buy, cruel edict allows the opponent to choose which creature they want to sacrifice and if theres more than one on the field theyre gonna obviously get rid of the lesser of the problems. now ive played with Crib Swap Buy and Unmake Buy both switching them out to see which is better and honestly the unmake is better because it completely removes the creature; the reason i chose it is because with the massive amount of removal already present it becomes unneccesary to have it be redundant. though if you went suicide with the fleshback marauder and Bone Splinters Buy and nantuko's Grave Pact Buy should be a high priority to get on the budget because theres nothing like trading creature for creature before you even swing and then swinging for the house; especially if you have more than one Grave Pact Buy out. also mirror entity is a really sneaky change for a side board when you go from a semi control to a Wizened Cenn Buy + Mirrorweave Buy look alike late game.

So I read everyone else's comments and agree with most of them, but some explanations are simply not correct.

If you decide to splash a color, you do NOT have to use up more slots at all. You just adjust the amount of each land. Four Caves of Koilos Buy, four Fetid Heath Buy, ten Swamps and five Plains is a decent enough split. You're playing an aggro deck, so 23 lands is just fine.

As for your creature base, it seems fine. Personally, I'm not a fan of the Husk. You aren't running any token generators to really take advantage of the sac outlet. And yes, I'm aware of the Lord bringing stuff back. The Cavaliers would be great in the deck, but since you've already said that you don't have a ton of money, there's not point in repeating the obvious. Reveillark Buy would be pretty nice in this deck, too. Nice little recovery card. Viscera Dragger Buy is another good, cheap option.

In the argument between Unmake and Crib Swap, I vote in favor of Unmake because you shouldn't really be worried about the mana fix. The whole hybrid mana concept is amazing. The Swap still has a 3-cmc, but since this is more of an aggro deck, giving your opponent creatures seems counterproductive. However, the ability to recur the Swap with the Lord is pretty nifty... the debate continues. If you can't choose, just run two of each. Happy

Also, Cruel Edict is terrible. NEVER give your opponent options unless their options are 1) die now or 2) scoop now. It's that simple.

If you want to go a little more hand-disruption tech, Raven's Crime Buy, Thoughtseize Buy, and Distress Buy can all be options.

And finally, you definitely need Burrenton Forge-Tender Buy in your sideboard. Firespout hurts this deck a lot more than most realize.
