This looks well thought out, I like the control aspect to this mill deck, probably drags the game on but seems affective. Good use of lands too.

Dragging the game out used to be effective, but there are too many ways to get around counterspells. I needed a quicker way to win so I now use the Grindstone, Painter's Servant combo.

Good idea for a deck, I think I would probably loose the story circle/moat to run 4 of each of your combo pieces. By third turn they will hopefully be dead so I think those 2 would find a better place in your sideboard.
