I would suggest replacing your 2 drops or cloud elemental with Augury owl and squadron hawks. They help feed your hand as well as being able to stack it and get speed, also to access gravitational shift which can be game over

I actually have a deck very similar to this, although I went a more weenie approach to it myself. Love the idea of Gravitational Shift Buy. Here's a few cards I run with that I love. ***Weenies Suntail Hawk Buy Sky Spirit Buy Tempest Drake Buy Sprite Noble Buy ***Finishers Pride of the Clouds Buy Radiant, Archangel Buy ***Defense Moat Buy (or Magus of the Moat Buy depending on your metagame) March of Souls Buy

Squadron hawk is a must. i would also consider something like Celestial Crusader. I really like the affordability of decks like this... and they can still win!
