im not too familiar with EDH but im just wondering what the positive is of having Isamaru as your Main Guy(don't even know the name for it). If you could help me out in understanding i would gladly rate the deck.

I believe you can't put artifacts in your deck since your commander doesn't have colorless in his mana cost. or I have been living a lie?
