I really like the use of Braid of Fire Buy in the deck. I think that just about any creature will get more bang for your buck than Earthen Goo Buy. It looks like he just made it in because you wanted something to pay mana for! I think something huge to put at the top of your curve, like Bogardan Hellkite Buy would be really nice.

First of all it needs to be said that the title of this deck is hilariously rhyme-y. Learn and Burn, Rates Returned! :P

Anyway, let's talk about the deck. I'm not a big fan of Vedalken Orrery Buy because it's redundant in multiples and really doesn't do much to begin with but this is about the only deck I'd imagine it'd be worth having in. Have you considered Manabarbs Buy? You can just use the mana from braids and all of your opponents get stuck with the damage. I like the flamekin shenanigans to keep your braids mana in the main phase.

Magma Jet Buy and Staggershock Buy should probably be on your radar if you want some better instant speed burn. Obsidian Fireheart Buy is a great option to pump braid mana into.

From what you have I'd probably cut Arc-slogger, Blazing Salvo, Molten Influence, and Overmaster. I'm guessing your group plays more counterspells than I'm accustomed to, though, given that you chose those cards.

I wouldn't go with Rocket Launcher. You need to have a lot of mana built up and at that point you might as well use Comet Storm.

Mishra's Bauble Buy could be thrown in to essentially turn it into a 56-card deck. It'd help you find your braids more consistently. Devil's Play Buy could be another card to consider, it's basically a double Blaze Buy.

I really like the look of the deck Happy I don't understand the arc-slogger but no big deal lol. Looks pretty fast and deadly and i love the mana ramp in it (very rare for red, very well incorporated!)
Thank you for the rate btw Happy

This decks looks good, your use of Braids of Fire is interesting. The idea of Manabarbs, as a poster just mentioned, has great synergy with it.
Here are some cards that could also help you.
Rite of Flame: prevents you from tapping much mana with manabarbs. Grim Lavamancer, on the other hand, gives you a nice use for your surplus mana. What do you think of using Banefire as a finisher? Fireblast has good synergy with Manabarbs and Grim Lavamancer too.
Arc-Slogger is a good finisher, in my opinion.

Please rate my {R} deck!

Looks like an incredible red burn. I know there hasn't been much support for it in the recent sets, but have you considered Bonfire of the Dammed? It would be a great mana sink and finisher, especially with the fact that you can cast it from you graveyard. Honestly, I don't see much that could make it better. Great job!

Please rate my Standard Speed Golgari!

I like the deck. I think a good addition would be several Charmbreaker Devils Buy, more Browbeat Buy for the charmbreaker's to bring back or even Magma Jet Buy each turn is nice for the scry.
and at least one more Burning Wish Buy. The Burning Wish Buy could fetch a Last Chance Buy

Mizzium Mortars Buy is good here too since you will likely get to use the overload cost.

A Doubling Cube Buy would be funny here too.

Please rate my elf combo deck as well.

This build is awesome. I'm historically a red player at heart and its hard to find original burn/red wins decks.
Pyromancer Ascension Buy is one card that I question in this build. If you can get some Bonfire of the Damned Buy into this deck I think that your effectiveness on board control and kill will increase much more. Other than this Love the Deck.

I would leave out the Overmaster. It takes up two cards in your hand which is big loss of tempo. Instead I would focus on adding more pressure.

Instead, I would increase 1 Magma Jet, 1 more Pyromancer Ascension, and for something else. If you are concerned about counters, then I would maindeck Banefire instead. Focus on step-wise pressure rather than big spells only at the end. By playing more copies of a type of spell, you are getting more use out of Pyromancer's Ascension.

Have you considered Lightning Dragon Buy? It might fit pretty well in this deck if you have Braids of Fire going and is a reasonable card to play even if you don't. You can't play him until later in the game, in which you will probably be top-decking at that point anyway. It's at least as good as Earthen Goo.

I wouldn't run Arid Mesa. There was an article printed earlier that proved that the life loss from a fetchland in a mono-colored deck isn't worth the deck thinning it does.

Lightning Serpent isn't particularly good. It costs 4R to do something that Ball Lightning can do in RRR. Applying pressure is better early game before playing big spells later game.

I would move your land count up to at least 21. You can't just depend on having a Braids of Fire at hand all the time, especially since you have no card draw or find. The entire deck is at the mercy of finding this one card and it's not like it's difficult to remove with all the Abrupt Decay Buy running around. Without it, this deck would just be a really slow burn that whether or not you have Overmaster, isn't going to apply nearly as much pressure needed to win the game.

As for you cards you want to add, I don't recommend any of them. Seismic assault is particularly bad because it fools you into a sense of security and will end up leaving you mana screwed should Braids of Fire be removed.

Flame Javelin is definitely better. You don't have to wait another turn and you can kill creatures with toughness more than 2 unlike Staggershock.

Oh yeah could you comment/rate my UW stoneblade? Thanks.

very sweet use of Braid of Fire I love the deck over all the only thing I would do is add chain lightning
because like lightning bolt it's a great 1 drop and is amazing against early creatures.

I'm going to be honest; I don't believe this can content in Tier 1 Legacy. Legacy is a format based on mana efficiency, which means that if you are going to play a spell that costs 4 or more it should do one of three things:
1) Win you the game when cast (Ad Nauseam Buy)
2) Put you SO far ahead that it's basically game over (Jace, the Mind Sculptor Buy)
3) Be free/have it be cheated into play (Force of Will Buy/Emrakul, the Aeons Torn Buy)

Mind you, I am not saying it is a bad deck. I actually thing the deck is very well put together. It just probably will not likely do well if you bring it to a serious Legacy event.

Thank for the rate and suggestions on my deck. I like this deck and is a well thought out one. Putting crappy cards together to make one very good deck. If this was my deck, I'd make way for Faithless Looting Buy or Dangerous Wager Buyfor refilling my hand and Last Chance Buy to go for the kill. Mox Diamond Buy to make it run faster. Banefire Buy could also be a kill card here so try playtesting to see if it would be a good idea to maindeck it.

I like Masticore in this build as a hoser against people playing anti-red. It's also a great mana dump. Due to my lack of knowledge of the Legacy format I don't feel comfortable rating the deck, but I think you have a good thing here.
