How it Works

This deck is built to beat more competitive decks as it can lose pretty easily to random enchantment destruction (because people normally don't prepare for decks like this at big tournaments.) In turn, I'm going to be taking this to a Star City Games Open this weekend and very excited to see how it plays out. It earns me a regular 3-1 or better at the weekly local tournament and does well online in Competitive Leagues. Have Fun!!

The idea of the deck is to get out Phyrexian Unlife Buy and Solemnity Buy on the board at the same time to keep your opponent at bay until you can can land a Sigil of the Empty Throne Buy followed by a bunch of cheap enchantments that create angel tokens or miracle/cast Entreat the Angels Buy for the win.

Other win conditions I've successfully tried have been: Blind Obedience Buy, Axis of Mortality Buy (from Ixilan), and adding blue for Riddleform Buy, Negate Buy, and Detention Sphere Buy.

I've heard of another person in a neighboring town that has added black for targeted discard spells and Bitterblossom Buy.

I've also heard of high-level brewers for the pro tour testing with a version with Red for a multitude of reasons. Just a heads up.
