What's a Sideboard?

How it Works

This is an old school djinn deck, built for Standard format according to 1994 rules.

The block then consisted of the core set of Unlimited Edition as well as the expansions Arabian Nights, Antiquities, and Legends (requiring at least one card of each in the deck).

The early djinn creatures from Arabian Nights proved to be hyper-aggro and provided more benefits than their drawbacks, so some early decks like this were created around using them as a core strategy, along with burn, countermagic, small creatures, and extra draw spells for card advantage - all acting as support.

This is a reference deck.
