This deck is based around the splendid Land Tax Buy + Land's Edge Buy combo.
With this combo I can deal 6 damage each turn, no opponent can survive that for a long time - especially after being weakened by burn beforehand.
Note - this is a low budget variant intended for casual play - add duals, Wastelands and Moxes for a more effective deck

Zuran Orb Buy - to many lands out to Tax? Sacrifce them with this.
Rivalry Buy - can't find a Land's Edge? Burn them for 2 each turn with this meanwhile. Thanks, Noid189!
Planar Birth Buy - float 2 mana, sacrifice all your lands, play this, bring them back and sacrifice down to the wanted ammount.
Wrath of God Buy and Swords to Plowshares Buy - are your opponents creatures annoying you? Get rid of them with these handy cards.
Balance Buy - not only will you kill all his creatures, but you can adjust the number of lands allowed (Zuran Orb) AND the number of cards in hand! (Land's Edge)
Seal of Fire Buy and Lightning Bolt Buy - awaken the pyromaniac in you.
Library of Leng Buy - stock up on lands until you can get that Land's Edge in play.
Seal of Cleansing Buy - a Worship in the way? Blast it into oblivion with this.
