SummaryThe InspirationAfter reading and watching Alexander Hayne's deck tech on his
Miracle Deck I knew immediately his deck appealed to me, but i felt that moving it into standard, tap control wasnt good enough considering all those hexproof creatures available at the moment. Then the light bulb stuck when i read Gavin Verhey's article on his
Turbo fog deck. In my mind, fog was the better way to delay the game for the miracle cards and so i set to work.......
What is Bant MiracleBant Miracle is a deck that gets past hexproof and
Cavern of Souls Buy like abilities by not requiring permission spells, but remaining a control deck. This deck seeks to maximize the cost effectiveness of drawing miracle cards. Utilizing cheap cantrip spells to reliably draw on the opponent’s turn and thus provide an additional miracle opportunity and delaying the game until the miracle arrives.

Card selectionThe Engine:
Snapcaster Mage Buy:- Snapcaster Mage gets around those drawbacks with other bonuses. Snapcaster can reuse something like
Thought Scour Buy without losing a draw in the process and with the high proportion of spells in this deck witht he ability to replay them is invaluable, then the ability to block can actually be quite relevant, serving as damage prevention itself on occasion—or even just killing an attacking Huntmaster of the Fells outright. And, of course, it can reuse your fogs just fine.
Noxious Revival Buy:- The idea behind these is to fundamentally have more fogs and miracles at the cost of draw steps. You can cast one of these, put a Fog or miracle on top, and then be sure to draw it.
The Cantrips:
Think Twice Buy:- The best instant speed draw spell in the format and in the deck, can draw me a fog or miracle in their turn and just generally cantrip my hand
Thought Scour Buy:- The second best instant speed draw spell. This one can used as a win condition alongside
Tamiyo, the Moon Sage BuyThe Fogs:
Fog Buy:- Is the best of the bunch. It's only one mana, very important since often you want to tap out for a Miracle/Planeswalker/Wrath like effect and just leave one mana up and always works on everything. Perfect.
Safe Passage Buy:- Costs three, which is certainly not ideal, but it has no restrictions. Against direct damage this card is my saviour
The Miracles:

Devastation Tide Buy:- Fantastic in this meta, it destroys all token creatures, bounces planeswalkers and resets my
Snapcaster Mage BuyTerminus Buy:- I believe is better than wrath of god because it interacts with all those pesky mechanics; hexproof, regenerate, morbid, undying and unburial rites.
Entreat the Angels Buy:- The best miracle card available, even hard cast this card is like a
Broodmate Dragon Buy but when miracles, absolutely insane. The main win condition of this deck
The Tech:
Dissipate Buy:- Having access to countermagic especially with
Snapcaster Mage Buy in the deck can give you the little boost you need against troublesome instants and sorceries. Against control decks it is vital to have around.
Tamiyo, the Moon Sage Buy:- Tamiyo is the main Planeswalker weapon of this deck, and all three of her abilities are incredibly useful. Her +1 locks down a single creature, allowing you to preserve your fogs if your opponent just has a single creature on the board. Tamiyo's -2 is also extremely good, because your opponent will be attacking each turn to try and break through your wall of fogs. Attack with one creature to not let me draw cards with Tamiyo? Maybe I can just afford to take the hit and not spend a fog. Attack with all of them? Fog, then untap and draw four cards. Tamiyo is fantastic at supporting the fog and miracle strategy. Then there's her ultimate. Her ultimate should completely lock up the game. It means you have an endless supply of all cards
