Quoting simondiamond2012:
Name: Sword of Madness and Mayhem
Type: Artifact Equipment
Mana Cost: {3}
CMC: 3

Oracle:
Equipped creature gets +2/+2 and protection from red and black.

When equipped creature deals combat damage to a player, that player
sacrifices a creature and you untap all creatures you control.
You gain life equal to the sacrificed creature's toughness, and after
this combat phase, there is an additional combat phase.

Equip {2}

Seems more of an expression of the desire for wotc to make ally color swords. 7/10 for enthusiasm. 3/10 for execution.

--------------------

Chromatic Cog
Artifact
{2}
Rare
- When Chromatic Lotus e.t.b. you may draw a card.
- , Sacrifice Chromatic Lotus:
Add two mana of any one color to your mana pool.
- When Chromatic Lotus "dies", you may draw a card.

Is it Cog or Lotus? I think you forgot to change selfreferences when changing the name of the card. If so, the card is Ichor Wellspring Buy pushed beyond the threshold of power by its Lotus-like mana ability; at very least it`s card advatage at virtually no manacost. This card looks clearly broken. And next time, when posting a card, try to write its text in full. - 2/10

Survival of accountable
{2}{W}
Sorcery
Each player sacrifices all permanents which can`t be target of spells or abilities controlled by his or her opponents.

Twisted Regeneration
{1}
Enchantment
At the beginning of your upkeep gain life equal to number of poison counters you have, then sacrifice Twisted Regeneration unless you remove a poison counter from yourself.

Note: Obviously I didn`t rate my previous card, so I am asking the next poster to rate both of them.

Survival of accountable -- Phrasing and name are a little awkward, but I really like the idea. Maybe you could just say "Each player sacrifices all permanents they control that have hexproof, shroud, or protection." 7/10

Twisted Regeneration -- Very interesting card! Combos with phyrexian vatmother, but I'm not sure what else you could use it for. Slightly useful against poison decks, since you get to remove counters, but normally they win in 1-2 swings, and the life doesn't matter. Making the card work is a good puzzle, and I think a lot of players would like to try to solve it. 10/10

I might have to make some new rules for this card to work, so bear with me... It's a flip sorcery with an activated ability like the one on Lightning Storm Buy. Forgive the name as well, or suggest one. I'm not good at naming things...

Private Library 1UB
Sorcery
Draw three cards.
Discard a card: Flip Private Library. Any player may play this ability, but only if Private Library is on the stack.

~~~~~~
Public Library
Sorcery (color - blue)
Each player draws three cards.
Discard a card: Flip Public Library. Any player may play this ability but only if Public Library is on the stack.
RE: RE: Random Comment 8/14/2015 2:32:04 PM
Uh. I never expected it would take so long, for my last two cards to get rated.
Private Library - I think it`s the very first Flip sorcery (or instant) card posted. A set of two wording changing abilities would work too, but flipping seems to be at least far more flavourful. So, IMO: The card doesn`t need to be black; Personal/General Revelation or Insight might sound better; the flip abilities could have manacost or something similar (tapping untapped permanents or bouncing); the two flip costs don`t need to be equal and The Rules could be changed to fit flip sorceries without a problem (most likely). As said before, it is the first flip sorcery. - 9/10
Reforge Patteren of Void
{X}
Sorcery
Put two time counters on target exiled nonland card with converted manacost of X or less. That card has Suspend for as long as it is exiled.
Flashback: {X}{G}{U}
I like the card concept, in general. However, I would have like to have seen this card actually exile a
non-land permanent on the battlefield of CMC X or less. Bringing cards back from exile directly can
have dangerous in-play complications. 7/10.
=================================================================================================
Name: Zur, Kjeldoran Defector
Type: Planeswalker
Cost: 3{W}{U}{B}
CMC = 6
Starting Loyalty: 5
+1: Enlightened Tutor, enchantments only (Search your library for an enchantment card and reveal it. Then, shuffle your library, and then put that card on top of it.)
-4: Mutilate (all creatures get -X/-X where X is the number of Swamps you control)
-10: "Erayo's Essence" Emblem (You get an emblem that says, "Whenever an opponent would cast a spell for the first time in a turn, counter that spell.")
PW Backstory...
As many are aware, after his war against Kjeldor, back when the ancient mage Jodah thwarted his attempt at overthrowing it, Zur wandered into the tundra and deep wastes of northern Terisiare during the Ice Age block. According to legend, some of his followers claimed he attained immortality deep in the frozen wastes of northern Terisiare, while others claimed he'd died.
Having found that he had a common enemy in Kjeldor, notwithstanding his disdain for the School of the Unseen, Zur consults with Lim-Dul the Necromancer and offers him a deal... immortality in exchange for defense secrets related to the Kingdoms of Kjeldor and Soldev.
Rather than helping him directly, Lim-Dul introduces him to his superior, Leshrac the planeswalker, who in exchange for his allegiance in his war on Shandalar, assisted Zur in a dark ritual which allowed for Zur to attain immortality.
As a side effect of that ritual, however, Zur's spark was ignited as well, due to the near-death nature of the ritual, thereby attaining the abilities of a planeswalker. Beyond gaining immortality, due to the increase in evil power as a result of his transformation, Zur was driven even further into madness.
He now wanders the planes in search of magic and lore with the sole intention of besting Leshrac's nemesis, Nicol Bolas, after learning of his former mentor's fall at the hands of the dragon planeswalker.
Zur, Kjeldoran Defector: I guess the planeswalker type is Zur. Absolutely flavourful. Seems to be underpowered; IMO, since reducing manacost would hurt the card flavour, the loyalty abilities should be costed a little more agressively (+2, -3, -9 or +2, -3, -10)Good - 9/10
Echoing Unbinding
{1}{G}
Sorcery
Remove target Emblem and all Emblems which share text with that Emblem from game.
{G}, Discard Echoing Unbinding : Target creature gets +2/+2 until end of turn.
I like the idea of being able to remove emblems, however, the concern is that the cost of the
sorcery is too cheap to cast. I do like the "Grandeur"-like ability; that's something you don't
see everyday. 6.5/10
=========================================================================================================
Tardar Sauce, Herald of Salt
Legendary Creature - Cat
Cost: 3{U}{U}{U}
CMC = 6
Power/Toughness: 2/2
You may counter any spell or ability that would otherwise state that it “can’t be countered”.
You may respond to, and counter, any spell with Split Second.
{U}{U}: Counter target spell, activated ability, or triggered ability.
Flavor Text: "You can't spell 'knowledge' without, NO."
RE: Tardar Sauce 12/3/2015 2:45:59 AM
Herald of Salt indeed; seems like it might be a Herald of Flipped Tables. A blue Cat is kinda weird. You sure Tardar Sauce doesn't want to be a Merfolk? Cool I like that the static abilities, while difficult to word, seem like they could be on an actual Magic card. Seems excruciating to play against, but hard to play with (how early do you cast it, how much {U} do you hold up?). 8/10
==================================
Winter of Dust
{2}{U}{U}
Enchantment
At the beginning of your end step, put an Eon counter on Winter of Dust, then tap all creatures with toughness greater than the number of Eon counters on Winter of Dust. Creatures tapped this way don't untap during their controllers' next untap steps. Then, if Winter of Dust has five or more Eon counters on it, sacrifice it.
The idea is to represent the nuclear winter that followed the asteroid impact that killed the dinosaurs.
Seems to be flavourful. Quite overcosted, at least for card with so simetrical ability (maybe {1}{U}). Wording seems to be too cumbersome, you could at least cut out the selfsacrifice part. And it could be a Snow and(or) World permanent. - 6/10
P. S.: Tardar`s ability could cost at least more.
Trashyard
Land
Trashyard enters battlefield tapped.
When Trashyard enters battlefield, return two lands you control in their owners` hands.
: Add {3} to your mana pool.
Tap untapped land you control, put an exiled card opponent owns to his or her graveyard : Add {2} or one mana of any color to your mana pool. Any player may activate this ability, but only at any time he or she could cast a sorcery.
Overwrite {U}
Instant
Split second.
Until end of turn, all spells lose "This spell can't be countered". Draw a card.
Sounds like something what could work: I think it is missing "As long as planeswalkers are creatures, damage dealt to them, doesn`t remove loyalty counters from them." - 8/10
Your metacounterspell doesn`t seem to be much more than deckshrinker (and you rated your own card!) ( 6/10 )
Anyway, how good a lifegain needs to be to be useful?
Interlinked Essence
{1}{W}
Enchantment
Whenever a damage is dealt, its controller gains that much life.
{4}{W} : Put on battlefield a token that is a copy of Interlinked Essence. Activate this ability only as sorcery.
{1}{W}, Sacrifice Interlinked Essence : Each player gains life equal to sum of life of all players.
Echo: Put a card from your hand to the top of your library.
{1}{U} or Discard a card : If there is a charge counter on Inspiration Pad, remove a charge counter from Inspiration Pad and draw a card, if not, put a charge counter on Inspiration Pad.
Recycled note: Obviously I didn`t rate my previous card, so I am asking the next poster to rate both of them.
Temoral Stack
At the beginning of each player`s upkeep that player returns a permanent he or she controls to its owner`s hand for each charge counter on Temoral Stack.
