Hello all! I know it might seem a silly question but is there any way to tackle Grafdigger's Cage Buy once the card hits the table if someone plays blue/black reanimator deck? I guess stifle will have no effect since its ability is static right?

Bounce it. You should be running a few bounce spells in case of Cage and Leyline of the Void Buy.  Dude, am I blowin' your mind yet or what? "If your question is, 'I don't understand how this card works,' I will always answer with, 'read it again until you understand how it works.'"

Stifle and its other "Counter target triggered or activated ability" spells/effects won't work, because yes, Cage is a static effect. As the other person said, pack bounce, or good removal (you can stuff a few in any reanimator deck.)
