	hmmm.. Bow to me, mortals. Though, I will admit, I did try teaching an ex-gf to play MTG once, several years ago. A "white" black girl that read manga (something about knights vampire; or something??) Turned out ok, but for the most part, the average female does not understand anything beyond "land, tap for mana, play creature, swing at boyfriend, lose game and get sexed, win game and get sexed anyway." I honestly did not know that creatures had an upkeep cost of their mana cost until that I taught that ex mtg. After that, I only bring up the subject that I play MTG with new gfs a few months into the relation (and hide all my cards in a wheelysuitcase I keep in the back of my car.) If your daughters show interest in watching super hero movies; or in any strategy game (or DnD or magic/arcane in general) try introducing them to MTG with super uncomplicated white weenie or green weenie decks that don't do anything else but "untap, draw, play, stomp, pass" Hopefully, my children (when/if) stick with sports... good luck with yours.
