	When casting Killing Wave Buy, who has to choose first which creatures they are going to pay life to keep and which they will not? My opponent, for obvious reasons, wants to wait and see what I will choose or choose not to sacrifice first, wanting to base his own decisions off of mine. I am more leaning toward him having to choose first, since I am the one casting the spell. Maybe it's back and forth? Thanks for any information. Will YOU live to see the dawn of the Gearheads?

The active player, likely you, will make the choice of which creatures to pay life for, then the other players in turn order will do the same. As such, players will know the choices of other players before them. After everyone had made their decisions, everyone pays life and sacrifices creatures simultaneously. -------------------- Magic Rules Advisor =D

	Ok, so my opponents WILL know what I am going to choose to and to not pay life for before (s)he makes their own decisions. Will YOU live to see the dawn of the Gearheads?

	Please note: More often than not questions such as this concerning a particular card can be answered by going to gatherer and checking the errated ruling for that particular card in question. Such as Killing Wave Buy: Quoting gatherer:5/1/2012 First, the active player chooses whether to pay X life for each creature he or she controls. Then each other player in turn order chooses for his or her creatures. Then each player pays life and sacrifices creatures at the same time.
