Well it was mentioned in the survey that the repeating questions were done intentionally, and they have a specific purpose for it.

The last part was definitely weird. I can bet that it was to create a spectrum of possible reasons why people enjoy the game, with some reasons more prevalent than others. From an R&D standpoint, if most people tend to say they enjoy the game for the strategy and difficulty, then they would continue to develop increasingly difficult strategies.

I know that I tried really hard not to answer 'because it's easy to learn' and 'because it's quick to play.'
