I would suggest that you remove Blade Splicer Buy, Isochron Scepter Buy and Restoration Angel Buy to make your deck Standard-legal. There are many other great token producers in Return to Ravnica block and even Theros block right now. One example is Angelic Accord Buy, which give you a 4/4 Angel Token every turn (including your opponents' turn), if you use it with Trostani, Selesnya's Voice Buy. Another good option is Voice of Resurgence Buy, which grows big if your opponent kills it or casts counterspells. There is also Advent of the Wurm Buy, which is an instant 5/5 Wurm Token to surprise your opponent. Lastly, Vitu-Ghazi Guildmage Buy is also great, which puts your mana into good use to create more tokens.

I think that the "blinking" strategy seems inappropriate for token-based deck, since exiling tokens would mean banishing them completely. Maybe just replace all "blink cards" namely Restoration Angel Buy, Path to Exile Buy and Cloudshift Buy, to more "proactive" cards like Centaur Healer Buy. Any 3/3 creature plus 3 life for {1}{G}{W} mana is simply amazing. Loxodon Smiter Buy is also fine as 4/4 creature also for {1}{G}{W} mana. You might also have Fleecemane Lion Buy, which is a 3/3 creature for {G}{W} mana, and can grow big in the late game. There are many other available weapons out there for your Selesnya deck, you just have to pick the right ones.

A good sideboard is Sundering Growth Buy against Enchantment-based decks in Theros, and also Dryad Militant Buy to smother Spell-based decks. Mistcutter Hydra Buy also comes in handy against Control decks.
