Structures are artifacts that enter the battlefield attached to a land, and gives the land the ability of the structure. If the land the structure is attached to is destroyed, so is the structure, and if the structure is destroyed, the land would not be.

Royal Mausoleum {6}
Legendary Artifact - Structure
Structure - This enters the battlefield attached to target land you control.
The land that Royal Mausoleum is attached to gains "{X}: Put target legendary creature with converted mana cost X from your graveyard onto the battlefield tapped under your control" as long as it's attached.

Archer's Tower {4}
Artifact - Structure
Mountain Structure - This enters the battlefield attached to target Mountain you control.
The land Archer's Tower is attached to gains "{X}{R}: Deal X damage to target attacking creature" as long as it's attached.

Paradise Fountain {3}
Artifact - Structure
Basic Land Structure - This enters the battlefield attached to target basic land you control.
The land Paradise Fountain is attached to gains, ": Add 2 mana of any one color to your mana pool" as long as it's attached.

Defensive Shrine {W}{W}
Artifact - Structure
Plains Structure - This enters the battlefield attached to target Plains you control.
The land Defensive Shrine is attached to gains "Whenever a creature attacks you, or a planeswalker you control, it get's -1/-0 until end of turn" as long as it's attached.

Elder's Library {X}
Artifact - Structure
Structure - This enters the battlefield attached to target land you control.
Elder's Library enters the battlefield attached to target land with X book counters on it.
The land Elder's Library is attached to gains ":Remove a book counter from Elder's Library, draw a card" and "You may choose not to untap this to put a book counter on Elder's Library" as long as it's attached.

Ahm... Interesting, conditionaly interesting.
There seems to reasons of flavour about the Structures.
What happens to a Structure when land they are on gets bounced, flickers, phases out or leaves battlefield some other way; and how are they different from (and unique to) Auras with Enchant Land or Fortifications?
The Structure examples might be unnecesarily wordy.

Doesn`t sound bad, just explain why and how it shoud work (hopefully better than something already existing).

I would have the Structure basically become part of the land, so if the land is bounces so is the structure, same if blinked. The big thing is you can hit the structure and not the land, but if you do hit the land, the structure shares it's fate. To me it doesn't seem right being an enchantment, and they should typically be colorless and can be limited on the type of land it can be built on. The other though I had would have been to make it a land that requires a casting cost and a land would need to be exiled when it entered the battlefield, but I don't think that that would be the best way to do structures. The inspiration is Darksteel Garrison, which is an equipment for a land, but that means it could be equipped to a different land, and I want structures to be more tied to the land they are attached to.

Paradise Fountain
{3}
Artifact - Fortification

When Paradise Fountain enters the battlefield, attach it to target basic land you control.
Fortified land has, " : Add 2 mana of any one color to your mana pool".
As fortified land leaves battlefield, Paradise Fountain changes zones as fortified land for as long as the cost or effect which made fortified land leave battlefield is active.
