I'm at the moment thinking of collecting Akroma cards i currently have 3 white ones coming in from a trade possibly another. I also have one red akroma. Don't know why it just seems fun to me. ---------------------------------------------------------------- My Extended Elementals

There are a lot of cards that I collect, but the ones that I will go out of my way to get multitudes of I usually base on art. My favorite artwork in the game is Steel Golem Buy. So any time I can pick some up cheap, I will. The main card that I am *trying* to collect are the foils of one of the 7th edition John Avon Forests. This one: http://www.essentialmagic.com/Cards/default.asp?ID=11289. So far I have 3. Im not the richest, but if you have some for sale or trade, let me know. You can take a look through my collection (which is not anywhere near complete) and see if there is anything you want. I ideally want a full set for a mono-green deck. Also, in general, Ill hold onto a card if the art is by John Avon even if its a card Ill never use, especially land. Scorched Ruins Buy is one of the many amazing John Avon cards that I hope to get many many of. Other artists I collect, but less priority than Avon are Donato Giancola (older stuff though -- his newer art isnt as good) and Mike Dringenberg (Talismans and Chimeras)

anything! i had about 2000 revised cards and a booster box of the dark that i sold when i was in high school. i wish i still had those, so i'm always looking for the old cards.  my band here.

My Zombie Collection is currently at 126 and 2 Tokens. I'm aiming for one of each Zombie (no un-sets), and try to get each one black-boardered, non-foil. I've got a few foils just cause they're cool though (Korlash, Heir to Blackblade Buy pre-release, Future Sight Mass of Ghouls Buy). As soon as I've got all different Zombies, I'm going for the first set they appeared in, and if I ever manage to complete that, I'll try to get every version of the dead. Got 2 cardbinders with the Brom zombie to keep em in, too :D

Tidal Kraken Buy I have about 125ish. I went up to columbus Ohio for the conflux release and got the artist to sign them all. I think he was kinda flattered.

At least one white card from each printing... As I stopped buying boxes around Visions, I have a lot of catching up to do... I have most of the hard to find cards, except Moat Buy, but I have Jihad Buy and Shahrazad Buy. I am slowly filling in the Alphas and Betas, so far mostly commons. I am willing to trade the rest of my collection to get the White cards I need... I have been doing the same. I love to get 5-10 as throw ins for trades, especially some harder to find ones like tokens for Godsire Buy, Din of the Fireherd Buy, Broodmate Dragon Buy ect. I've been collecting dragons and I finally have all of them. ...At least all of the ones up to through Worldwake (Zodiac Dragon Buy included), and not counting that damn one-print Shichifukujin Dragon. I also collect Havoc Demon Buys. I have 18 + 2 foil, and one of those foil is signed by Baxa himself.

I collect: Diabolic Edicts Dark Rituals (Urza's and earlier only) Hymn to Tourach Counterspells Capsizes Good black, blue and red cards. Good EDH quality cards. Goblin Grenades Unhinged lands Mog Fanatic Reckless Abandons Onslaught block Familars general utlitliy spells and artifacts Nightmares Demigods/Divinities/Deuss Any hybrid with black in it. LEGENDS Elder Dragon Legends and a bunch of other stuff, and I throw shinies at my friends.

Personally i don't have a collection of any large amounts of cards, but there is this guy at my local card shop we call clone man. This is because he has 1000+ Clone Buy from every edition. Whenever a clone comes in he buys it and i think he has pretty much kept their price stable on Ebay by himself lol
